Mario Rigby set off on a journey to walk 12,000km from South Africa to Egypt. Along the way he was arrested, shot at and he caught Malaria but he kept on moving forward and he kept his head up.

 

Mario embarked on this journey to inspire others to be brave and to get out and explore what the world has to offer. We talk about how one can overcome mental barriers and what it really means to push yourself beyond your limits.
