Deb Carlson is a 1991 Raiders graduate who participated in multiple state meets and earned all-state in both gymnastics and track and field.  Her gymnastics and track and field teams also won multiple conference team championships.    She is a teacher, parent, and has also coached sports at multiple levels.  Did you know she grew up on a farm, and that she used to practice her gymnastics beam routine while riding on the back of her Dad's hay wagon?   This episode was a lot fun!  Listen in to hear more from Deb.
