In this podcast, Jenny and I discuss the difficulties in expressing ourselves during this time of heightened sensitivity. Kindness and compassion are the most important things she would like to see and experience more of in "life after lockdown" and the Maya Angelou quote best sums up her hope for the future. 

Jenny has and continues to work with young people and adults within the drugs, alcohol and sexual health fields for the past 20 years. She remains positive in her belief that together we can and will make the necessary change for future generations.
