Episode 16:  Food Ethics has been released!

In this episode, we consider the ethics of designing, creating, and eating food.  We discuss general definitions of ethics, how they apply to food, and why ethics are important for food.  Refuting the notion that ethics only apply to livestock, we establish the idea that ethics are important for all foods.  Through various thoughts and scales, we can attempt to understand how ethical the food design process is.  Enjoy!
