Grigore Madikians struggled with his weight and acne in high school - so much so that he was bullied because of it. He turned the bullying into motivation and essentially a self made scientist. He also found himself at a crossroads in life when he was helping build his Uncles distribution company - does he take Gaffer and Child head on or does he help continue to build his Uncles business - A Trip to the homeland (Armenian) helped him with that decision.
