Step 1. Face: Allow yourself a moment to slowdown and recognize your fear.
Step 2. Embrace: Embrace all of the positive outcomes that could be from facing this fear.
Step 3. Act: Have confidence, power and energy to conquer your fear. Write down actions, create a plan and take one immediate action to create momentum in your action of overcoming your fear.
Step 4. Repeat: Fear is an emotion that never goes away, so repeat this process anytime fear hits.
