This week we’re having a conversation all about expectation vs reality. 

In true IHA fashion we start off the episode by talking about watching back your stories and cringing at yourself screeching  in excitement and/or ruining your concert footage by ‘singing’ at the top of your lungs (tell us we’re not alone please). 

Then we finally get into the topic of discussion and talk about the discrepancies we’ve experienced between expectations and reality in various situations such as; adulthood, careers, university, social media and relationships.
