The second episode of season four sees Host David Berks joined by Marina Brizar, UK Director of Talent Beyond Boundaries, an organisation working with displaced talent.

Marina talks about her experiences as a refugee, an Immigration Lawyer and a Human Rights Advocate. She also goes in-depth on how she wants to help refugees into work after being in the same situation earlier in her life.
