In this weeks episode we sit down with Lingani and have a chat about Botswana as well as her journey of coping with the challenges  of getting pregnant again when her son was 7 years old and her daughter was 8 months. We also discuss her struggles with  parenting and battling postnatal anxiety and depression. Which she continues to grapple with today. She is such a great example of the incredible resilience of mums.
