Jennifer Witten is a Trauma Informed Coach and Reiki Master that weaves a myriad of healing modalities in her sessions to help you transform your pain into power. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable but she has also done the work — the hard work. 

In our conversation with her got into how the "issues are in the tissues" and how the body is constantly informing us all the time, and that we really just need to find ways to connect and listen. We also chatted about her challenging journey with early childhood parenting and the grief/loss that ultimately thrust her into some really profound healing work.
