Matt has had an extensive career as an HR practitioner, specializing primarily in employee/labour relations and organizational development; and has worked as an HR leader for the Province of Ontario, SickKids Hospital, and the Peterborough Regional Health Centre for the past 15 years
Matt has recently completed a Masters in Leadership, and holds Executive Education Certificates from the Rotman School of Business and from the Harvard Business School.
What comes across clearly ins our discussion with Matt today is that he's an enthusiastic believer that people are the differentiating factor for business, and that leadership and team effectiveness are the foundations to create an environment in which all of an organizations people can thrive.
