Dear Wild Heart,

This episode is a little different. Today, March 20th, would have been my mom’s 67th birthday. And tomorrow, the 21st will be 4 years since she crossed over to the other side.

My history with my mom is complicated and challenging to say the least. And so was my grief.

So today I thought I would do something a little different. To honor her, myself, and our love and to share this messy human experience with you, the listener, I read what I wrote for her celebration of life and then afterward I organically shared about my grief journey.
