Bio of myself:

Marisa is the doula and childbirth educator behind Roaring Motherhood. I have been married for 9 years and a mother to 3 blessings with 1 on the way. Christ has placed upon my heart, a calling & ministry, that encourages women to get back to having him in the center of it all. We can create positive change in the birth world by nurturing, educating, and healing ourselves through a holistic and faith-filled lens.

Guest bio (Hannah W.):

I am a young mom of two kids who are 20 months apart. My homebirth with my son started my journey toward holistic living and homesteading. We’ve turned our little home in a neighborhood on 1/5 of an acre into a mini Homestead with 18 chickens, compost bins along the side of the house, freezers, full of meat we’ve raised, and a garden I nurture like a third child. On any given day you will probably find me working in the garden, playing with my kids, or following my cleaning schedule.

We are called as women and mothers to boldly proclaim the truth. I believe that it is my ministry to speak up and fight for the ways in which God has called us to be a mother. I pray you will open your heart and minds when listening in today!

Blessings, Marisa!
