We all have that inner critic that pops up in our heads, acting as our inner mean girl. In Episode 16 we talk about how to quiet her.
I would love to tell you that I share how to SILENCE her, but the truth is she's not going any where. The critic, the thoughts, they are all going to continue to pop back up... but we can learn to pay attention to them, quiet them, and take our power back. All of our thoughts truly mean something deeper, and often they can be big limiting beliefs for ourselves. The trick is to seek out what those limiting beliefs are and then create a new belief to replace it. Join me to learn how!
