Raul Mondragon, born an raised in Mexico city, especializes in agro ecology and regenerative agricultural practices and is one of the members of Colectivo Ahuejote, which is part of a growing movement of business and NGO´s that works towards the reactivation of traditional chinampa agriculture. His work seeks to guaranty healthy and fair food produce for Mexico City´s population. Raul´s experiences in entertainment and tourism, Mezcal production and distribution and marketing took him to question and gear his work towards creating a positive impact focused in socio cultural and environmental wellbeing.
