We're back with an FA Cup special reviewing Forest's recent win and look forward to the next round of the cup.

Now, "we" consists of myself and Jake Clements, Ipswich Town fan, sports journalist and Ice Hockey Commentator.

I would like to apologise for the recent lack of content, been a very busy few months trying to break into the world of journalism as well as picking up a part time job to sustain those aspirations.
