Seasonal Affect Disorder SAD

Is a funk some people experience when the summer season ends and we move into late fall or early winter. It can last days, weeks, or even months if untreated. Here’s a few quick tips to try:

  • Spend 5 or more minutes doing light yoga or exercise in the morning
  • Add cumin, coriander, and/ or cinnamon to your food
  • Use a light box at least 5-10 minutes each day
  • Journal your gratitudes
  • Affirmation:  I am not how I feel!
