I have put the podcast on the back burner but here as another audio takeaway from my most recent little "film essay" on social media and loneliness.

It's something I have been chatting to lots of people about lately and I am not full against social media at all I just think many people are feeling this way. I am slowly starting to find my balance with using these tools and have basically cut my usage down to a quarter of what it used to be which has made me way more focused.
