Then the girls dive into “cancel culture.” They discuss how they believe it got started, why the term may be problematic, and cancel culture before it was an actual term. They talk about the various people who have gotten “cancelled” or almost did and why - including Taylor Swift (and the Folklore merch copyright issues), J.K. Rowling, Ellen, Sherry Pie on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 12, previous Bachelor contestants, The Chicks, etc. To close out the episode they list rapid fire (kind of) their favorite songs from each of Taylor Swift’s albums.
