When I started my journey in 2014 I wanted to lose weight in a totally different way. A way that I had never tried before.

The first time I was referred to a GP regarding my weight some 30 plus years ago I still remember what GP telling me and my mum I needed to go on a calorie control diet.

I never did or never thought I did go on a calorie controlled diet so that was something I put into place.........looking at calories and sticking to certain amounts of calories.

Nearly 10 years of looking at and counting calories I have learned a lot and it is now like a second fluent language to me and here are my top 10 tips to help you on your journey.
