I've got a KILLER methodology to assist you in starting this calendar year, #JaguarFam! I hope you had a riveting time with your family, loved ones and/or any other people you chose to be around. I ALSO want to say, if it wasn't all that riveting, that is ok. We will all have different things to think about and carry at this time of year, so (as people keep saying to me) "be gentle with yourself".

While on the flight back from Ecuador, I had this "3P Framework" channel itself through me in order to help me conceptualize the MAGNITUDE of life and HOW I can remain in my power through it all. 

Pray, because Spiritual health is KEY to inner power,

Play, because without it we minimize our wins and catastrophize our losses,

Be Patient with yourself, others & the goals you set out. Remember, God's timing is always perfect.
