They discuss the ins and outs of various different types of paddles - what they're made of, how they're made, what to choose for power or precision or a combination of both, how much to pay, 14mm or 16mm and everything else about beginners' paddles.

Paddy then summarizes and names the Top 5 Beginners' Paddles for 2024 - by brand and actual paddle, with one of two recommendations.
