8 WAYS TO WORK LESS + MAKE MORE:
1 | Time Blocking — I spend about zero minutes per day wondering what I’m supposed to be working on. If you don’t have a color coded, hour by hour calendar, which shows you not just what to do each day, but how long those tasks will take, and how much flexibility you have… it’s time.
My system is simple.
2 | Outsourcing tasks…
you’ve probably heard this talked about before, and if you’re anything like me, you’ve convinced yourself that you’re not far enough in your business to outsource. that you really can handle it. that no, asking for help is a sign of weakness, and really, i got this.
sister, let me stop you right there. if you’re saying those things, you’re convincing yourself + if you’re convincing, that probably means something else is true.
it’s time to audit how you’re spending your time.
outsource the lowest paying hours.
3 | prioritizing quality AND quantity and not half-assing it
we know that POSTING, ENGAGING, SENDING DMs, ATTENDING DISCOVERY & SALES CALLS… all generate cash. They deserve your energy + best effort
we end up doing MORE work when we half-ass things.
4 | my DM software

5 | get intentional
if you dont know where you’re going, any road will get you there.
knowing whats important + whats not in this season is HUGE.
theres a giant gap between busy and effective.
we’re going for effective here fam.
figure out what is a driver;
what drives income?
prioritize that stuff.
6 | switching from purely 1:1 to 1 to many focus.
serving group clients rather than all 1:1s, has freed me up from being on zoom 30 hours a week + gotten it down to ~12 zoom calls/week.
7 | creating a cirriculum that serves my clients while i play
they have their roadmap.
8 | seep.
yeah. this might sound weird. but tired lyssa = slow lyssa and getting that extra hour of sleep keeps me efficient and sharp so that again, my work is more potent and faster.
