One of the biggest frustrations I hear at ThinWithin.com is the frustration with having sugar cravings.

Since the 4th of July is coming soon, I thought you might want some tips and tools to manage your sugar cravings.

These 9 tips are sure to help you reduce and even stop your sugar cravings -

1. Boost Your Serotonin
2. Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth Naturally.  Swerve is my favorite to cook with and I prefer the taste over Stevia.
3. Drink Plenty of Water. I recommend drinking water between alcoholic beverages.
4. Enjoy Fermented Foods and Drinks.  Kimchi and Apple Cider Vinegar
5. Cinnamon, Pau’ D Arco, and mint tea
6. Dark chocolate and whipped coconut cream with berries
7. Spice up your meals with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom
8. 1 tsp. of extra-virgin coconut oil three times a day
9. L-glutamine and Copper
