Rick’s Bio:

I help people explore entrepreneurship in the second half of life. My book 'Ageless Startup' is a guide for people entering this world.

I am a lifelong entrepreneur, inventor and business author. Since age 45 I have started multiple for-profit and non-profit ventures, received 9 U.S. and foreign patents, been awarded the U.S. Small Business New Product of the Year, and been recognized by Fast Company Magazine as one of their global Fast 50, now called The World's 50 Most Innovative Companies. My goal is to enable entrepreneurship for people in the second half of life who want to make themselves more resilient and to make a difference in the world.
