Cedarwood is a lovely scented grounding oil that is good for sleep, skincare and is a natural insect repellent. It has also been found very beneficial with sleep and relaxation.
In this episode, we also mention a beard oil recipe which we have included below.
Beard Oil
Ingredients:
• 1 ounce Fractionated Coconut oil
• 4–5 drops Rosemary essential oil
• 3–4 drops Frankincense essential oil
• 3–4 drops Siberian Fir essential oil
• 3–4 drops Cedarwood essential oil Small bottle with an eyedropper or cap
Directions:
In your bottle, add Fractionated Coconut oil.
Add Rosemary, Frankincense, Siberian Fir, and Cedarwood essential oils.
Place the cap on tightly and shake well.
Using your hands or eyedropper, apply a few drops and massage into the beard.
Brush the beard for the finishing touch.
