Don't bottle things up. Give yourself permission to feel the feelings and emotions you're experiencing and work through them. Breathwork, Journalling, Prayer, EFT, and ultimately Mindset work can help with all of this but the key here is to not have a go at yourself.
Take your time to work through everything, nourish yourself and know that you're strong and you are important. Give yourself time to heal properly.
