The Gauteng Department of Social Development says staff are working hard to deal with substance abuse in the province. On Monday, Hundreds (161) of substance abusers in Gauteng have arrived at a rehabilitation centre in Heidelberg to undergo a life changing experience, free of drugs and other illicit substances.
