It’s been a little while since I was last here and I have something new and pretty exciting to tell you about. As well as coaching ADHD women one to one, and running the Quiet ADHD Club, I’m creating a book festival! Specifically the UK’s first literary festival dedicated solely to books on wellbeing – personal development, mental and emotional health.
In this episode I’m sharing the huge impact wellbeing books have had on my life and why it’s driving me to create a literary festival, as well as details about the book fest itself.
