Today’s guest has been showing clients all over the world how pliable both the body and the mind can be—no matter WHEN you start to train them.
Aaron has devoted himself to daily movement, meditation, and breath-work practices. Having done his first handstand at 35, he can not only identify with adults interested in learning to practice gymnastics or enhance their movement abilities, but can provide the types of feedback, pointers, and encouragement that only that type experience can bring.
Aaron is a lawyer turned movement teacher. After leaving the practice he founded and built over the course of 10 years, he took control of his life and is finding all the opportunity that comes with starting over.
He describes himself as Expressive, Fun, Light, Deep, and Joyous. He’s now co-owner of a yoga studio on the Australian Sunshine Coast, donates a lot of his time to sharing his knowledge of movement with tutorials and educational videos on YouTube and other platforms, inspires confidence in those he teaches through strength and mobility, and is my very first international guest.
