#162 The Disaster Artist and War for the Planet of the Apes
Welcome to episode 162 of the Intermission Podcast. This week the Movie Guys talk about The Disaster Artist, Guy’s favorite cereals, and a bunch of other things. Also, we think that Craig is turning into an old man. Enjoy.
The Disaster Artist
The Disaster Artist – A mockumentary about our new favorite movie, The Room
Guy tells us all about a “mocumentary” called The Disaster Artist. Guy had to explain it to Craig and Josh had to explain it to Craig and the Intern had to explain it to Craig before he understood. Basically, it’s about the making of the worst movie of all time, The Room. James Franco is looking at Oscar nominations for this: The Better Franco Oscar.
Craig finds Oreo O’s and now has diabetes. Then we discuss Guy’s favorite cereal. Well, his top three: Cinnamon toast crunch, Lucky Charms, Frosted Flakes, and Rice Krispies with marshmallows. So four.
Ozarks on Netflix, Cowboys vs Dinosaurs and Ready Player One
Guy watched the Ready Player One trailer and completely forgot about all of the times that Josh has talked about the book. That’s okay, we never listen to Josh.
Craig started watching The Ozarks on Netflix this week and is now wanting to launder money. He says it’s very easy, he just needs a cash only business, like a tittie bar. Not a strip club, a tittie bar.
Guy and Corey watched Cowboys vs Dinosaurs. It was worse than it sounds. The movie guys talk about the Valerian trailer. We are excited to watch it.
Dunkirk
No one watched Dunkirk, but Craig bitches about it. We think that he is getting old and cranky and that’s why he is complaining all of the time now. That and yelling at all of the kids to get out of his yard.
He then groans about the Rouge One crawl again and him and Guy almost come to blows. They were both to sore and tired to actually get up out of their chair and fight, but they yelled a lot.
War for the Planet of the Apes
We went and watched War for the Planet of the Apes this week. Guy loved the hell out of it until Josh and the Intern told him it was bad. After ten minutes of the Intern and Josh discussing it, Guy changed his mind and hates it now. Good boy, Guy. Corey said it sucked. Craig didn’t see it. Anyway…
