While I was healing my own relationship with food, and learning what I actually liked and disliked without diet culture rules, I was labeled as a princess. I'm calling BS. These types of labels imply that asking for what we actually want makes us difficult, high maintenance, picky, or unreasonable. This impact ripples. Today let me remind you that you are allowed to ask for what you want - on your plate, in your relationships, in business, in life.
