Agreeing to disagreeing may be essential in our relationships. We also need to know to how to work effective compromises when we differ. Getting away from the negative mindset of "right" and "wrong" is essential. Disagreeing in fact is beneficial in healthy relationships if done correctly. Disagreeing can provide an opportunity to address issues, get insights and understandings and most of all can strengthen intimacy.
In this episode I have a conversation with my wife, Yvonne Rainbow Teplitsky. She is the founder of Artsy Goddess Studio, where she actively carries out her role in helping others and the planet heal. Rainbow is passionate about art, as seen in the upcycled clothing she creates from second-hand materials, as well as the visual arts she creates, such as murals, paintings, and tapestries. Yvonne also helps women transform through voice empowering workshops and helps couples through workshops and retreats that she co-facilitates with me.
"Agreeing to Disagree can take the fight out of the energy therefore making more room for feeling that there is an "us" to take care of""
