Capitalism has helped more people out of poverty than any other socio-economical system in history and it created the concept of a middle class, but it has passed its optimum point, and hence, will (eventually) transition into something else.
This is an unusual topic for this podcast, as it is more philosophical in nature, and it was born out of a fascinating conversation I had with the successful business leader Gabe Galvez.
The conversation was so interesting that I decided to share it as an episode of the podcast. I believe every business leader should be thinking about this topic, and do what she/he can to move the world in this direction.
