Rebecca Louise is a fitness entrepreneur who got her start with being hired to film workout videos for a youtube channel. After finding something she loved, she was exposed to network marketing where she saw nothing but huge opportunity. After building a business there, she started her own youtube channel sharing positive workout videos that would later turn into a fitness empire including her own app! She is an author, host of the podcast It Takes Grit and is passionate about showing up in a positive state.
