Jake Giffin and Cole Nixon were teammates in high school where they played football and basketball together. Jake has gone on to do awesome things with his personal training. He trains many clients in person as well as virtual. He ever has two workout e-books out now on his website. Him and Roughnecks Hold My Beer co-host, Dante Fair, also host Sweaty.
