In this episode I had the honor and the technology to chat with Matt Dooyema, host of the Awful Service podcast. I don't think I've ever met someone who knew about the origins of cocktails as well as Matt does. You'll definitely be able to go knowledge jerk on your co-workers after listening to this one. Matt grew up working in the service industry and has more stories than an old war vet. He also does stand up comedy and host open mic at a bar in Minnesota. Grateful I had the chance to meet him and can't wait to record with him again so I can share what I learned and act smart in front of my friends!
