At #galeforcewins we love business journeys and we particularly enjoy startups.  In this episode Amber Dechief: Creator and Tour Guide of Come from Away Adventures takes a selection of her family members on a tour in advance of her first day of operation. Originally from Saskatchewan, Amber has been a St. John's 'Townie' for over 4 years. She loves hiking, walking, and learning about history and culture. Amber created Come From Away Adventures and the Free St. John's Walking Tour to share her love of St. John's and Newfoundland with locals and tourists alike.

When Amber is not leading tours, she is exploring the province through hiking, reading, and meeting people. Amber has hiked the entire East Coast Trail and has travelled into almost every outport of Newfoundland. During the cold rainy days, she is drinking tea, reading, and in the kitchen cooking. 

Although 2023 is Come From Away Adventures' inaugural year, Amber has been leading friends and family on tours for years. Amber is extremely excited to meet new people and showcase her beautiful town. Feel free to Contact her here:
