In this episode I'll share a few thoughts about how to stop going through the star on and star off machine of social media, by constantly comparing yourself with others and learn to be happier and more content with who you are and what you have. Comparing has been referred to as the thief of all joy, and for those that get caught up in comparing themselves on social media, they will find that statement to be true. We'll never be able to be happy, while living through others happiness...the secret to happiness is actually to learn to forget about the stars upon thars!
