Whew!

I've shared that I'm speaking at a conference this week in Chicago. It's an AMAZING event. The hosts and sponsors are incredible! The participants are sooooo fun and hungry!

But... organizers were thrown a curve ball! Their closing speaker was unexpectedly rushed to the hospital... so they couldn't perform.

And this is why I always want you to be prepared!

Be prepared to go the extra mile.

And as you do that... you can make even more impact... and be seen as the resource that you are.

And... like I like to say... you can be a blessing AND be blessed in the process.

I share the full version of the story in the episode... but as I type this... I just received a text from our key event planner and it simply reads, "You are my HERO!!! THANKS!"

How fun is THAT?

Be prepared... and you can be that hero when it's needed!
