Vin Diesel's Bloodshot is certain fast paced and effects driven but what happens when your main actor can't deliver dialogue?  Bloodshot happens.  Spencer Confidential finds Spencer and Hawk teamed up again to bring down some corrupt cops and save the memory of a fallen hero cop.  Where do these movies fall flat?
