In this episode, Domenic Nesci speaks to Sarah and Nathan. This young couple had grand plans to travel and work in Europe in 2020, but COVID-19 saw them grounded and decided to trade their travel plans for property ownership.
Nathan and Sarah, were looking to take advantage of the government grants but also wanted a property that would be a great investment in the years to come.
They picked up the keys of their property in November 2021 with a solid 22-25% growth, and set themselves up for their future plans.
Today they are planning to implement the rentvesting strategy and live where they always want to, just a few meters from the beach.
