167. Heather Grzych on Removing the Root Cause

Listen Later

Wellness expert and author Heather Grzych explores what it really means to address the root cause of illness – beyond symptoms and surface-level fixes. She shares two compelling case studies: a nurse with a Pitta imbalance and thyroid issues from shift work, and a high-performing executive who thought he had a gluten intolerance, but actually had weakened digestion from overusing supplement drinks. Heather discusses how healing often requires simple-but-not easy changes, and what to do when the source of imbalance isn’t something you can just walk away from.

Heather Grzych, ADLC is an American author and expert in Ayurvedic medicine who was formerly the head of product development for a multi-billion-dollar health insurance company.
