✨ If we're not walking properly, that sets up bad habits of movement so it's really important that we start training gaits or walking patterns.
✨ Don't teach their brain how to turn things on or off and do that with other parts of the body moving.
✨ When we are walking around through the day, we're moving better we're protecting our bodies, checking joints, and moving more efficiently.
✨ Find someone who knows what they're doing and resonates with the journey you're trying to go down
