For a short period, we are going to be releasing "fractional" episodes on topics related to your career.  With the uncertainty happening in our world due to the coronavirus outbreak, it's important that we focus on what is truly important in our lives.  Obviously family and personal life are two of the top items, but without some way to continue to get the financial resources you need to continue to provide for yourself and those you care about, life can get very difficult very fast.  Therefore, your career is one of those important items as well.

In this episode, we talk about the concept of 'being valuable'.  In uncertain times, it's important to be valuable to those you serve, whether they are your clients or your employer.  Provide enough value, and you become close to irreplaceable, which is a good situation to be in during uncertain times.
