Today I posted on our Blog Tab #004 my written out step one with regards to my behavior with food that I am in the process of changing. On the show today I'm talking about my experience actively doing step 1 of the program of Alcoholics Anonymous. I'm also recommending others to do it and offering a few ideas about how it can be done to be effective.
The physical act of writing out the history of my behavior from the first use, through the period of increasing frequency until the time of recognition that it's a unacceptable habit was for me eye opening. The exercise assisted me in seeing my conduct in a new and brighter light.
