It's not easy finding the time and energy to put into writing a book. There are so many other demands on our lives, and we can’t predict the unexpected things that happen. If you truly wish to write a book, though, you need to make writing a non-negotiable. You cannot find time; you need to make it. Ruthlessly reevaluate your schedule to see where you can save some time. Delegate as much as you can, too. More important, get clear on why you want to write your book. Is this part of your vision for the future? What about the other things on your schedule? Are they getting you closer to your vision?
