Whilst it didn't go down in that exact way, they did encounter some smart unmarried women... who were unfortunately thought to be be consorting with the devil since they were... smart unmarried women? Sigh. So come for the period misogyny, King James, apple dunking, Morax was criminals, and stay for the... same?
