Robert Chambers Jr. was the picture of the American dream could be on the outside but on the inside, lurked something more sinister. With a string of petty crimes beginning at a young age, Chambers already had quite a criminal history by the time he was found guilty of killing Jennifer Levin in NYC in 1986.
