My next guest is 71 years old. She still rises each day with curiosity, passion, and a deep love for life — proving that healing isn’t bound by age, and growth has no expiration date. She is warm, patient, kind, and with a great personality!
Like so many women, her story began in a family shaped by both love and pain — a tapestry of warmth and joy interwoven with betrayal, violence, and trauma. And yet, she chose to keep walking, keep learning, and keep rising.
For the sake of her privacy, we kept her name anonymous, and we listen to her story of courage.
The only purpose of sharing her story is so that others who may be discouraged on the healing journey, may get the strength to continue.
She has given consent to record and release her story.
A gentle but important warning.
This episode contains sensitive themes that may bring up strong emotions. What you’re about to hear is a personal story of trauma and healing, shared with honesty and courage.
If you’re in an emotionally tender or vulnerable place right now, please consider whether this is the right moment to listen.
By continuing, you are taking full responsibility for your own emotional well-being.
Remember: you are in charge of your healing journey.
And as always, this podcast is not a substitute for professional counseling.
